For all of those that make it out to the FunFlys, it is never a surprise to walk into the shop and see something different. Dave has amazed us with his many different talents on what he builds. He has built anything from the 24" Scooter to the 16' Blue Plane. These have all successfully flown.
The boat is a 4' radio controlled cabin cruiser. "Olyvia Kathryn" is named after our granddaughter. Here are some pictures of the boat and a few videos of the first time that we put her in the water.The boat did great and no problems at all during the first test.
The P-38 is a 9' flatout. Possibly the biggest flatout in this part of the country.
At least that is what I call it. I mean really what else could you call something like this. This plane was one of those things that I still scratch my head and wonder what on earth ever provoked this man into making this machine. Oh well, let me tell you it has brought many a laughs when someone first sees this one. He said that he just wanted to make something "cartoon like". Well, I think he accomplished it. At this time, he hasn't flown it but a regular at the FunFlys said to me that if Dave built it, it will fly. We will just have to wait and see.
